OMG - 2 weeks to go! Anyone else have this happen?

I am getting married in 2 weeks - October 6, and so far things have been pretty calm, with the exception of the florist going bankrupt, until tonight. Sweetie is working so about 9 is I headed to walmart for grocery shopping, wrapping paper for attendant gifts, and other little details. So, I am buying milk and I always look for the bottle that has the longest expiration date (duh) so I find one that expires October 11, and all of a sudden I realized that my "singlehood" will expire before the milk does! Completly happy, and excited, but a little freaked. I guess the question is, has anyone else had a "OMG" moment like that? How do you keep from getting freaked out? Everyone keeps commenting how calm I seem, and I want to continue that. Thanks!

So normal it is not even funny. I received an email from my travel registry today that said "Do you realize that your wedding is only 3 months away?"

I freaked out. :)

Before I finsh this semester, I will be *married*. Before Christmas, I will be *married*. I am still in disbelief and a little freaked out.

I just take this time to focus on wedding details, ones that I *like* planning and am excited about.

Yes, this is normal and common!
Reply:What you're feeling is normal. I almost passed out on my wedding day. It's a big change for both of you so if you're happy don't worry.
Reply:Relax it's just cold feet. Everyone gets them sometime or the other before their wedding. You just have to remember that even though your "singlehood" might be expiring soon, your married life will be starting soon and it will last forever, something that that damn milk will never be able to do!! lol

Just keep reminding yourself why you're getting married and to whom and you should be fine...
Reply:I had my OMG moment the day we found out that we could have our wedding thsi january. I was freaked out but also very excited. Just know that you want to be with this person more than anything, thats why youre marrying them right?
Reply:Of course....I think every bride has that OMG moment. It's perfectly normal. To me, it's unsettling if a bride doesn't have that moment because it might mean she isn't understanding the commitment she's about to make.
Reply:Aww, the first wedding i ever went to I ended up being the flower girl ( I was... 12? )

Anyway

Since im only 16 now, I really wouldn't know what to say Im sure your probably going to very excited WHEN the time comes. and I bet your always worried something wrong is gunna happen (because something bad eventually does most of the time) but overall you should deffinitly just be yourself untill the moment arrives when that is going on just be thankfull that your at that place and time :)

Good luck and congratz!%26lt;3
